Serving my clients is my number one goal. If for any reason any additional service is requested an additional fee will be added to the final amount.

most common scenarios include.

Rush order: (same day. within 12 hours): $100-$150 depending on project size.

Travel fee: $50 for more than 30 miles drive time.

Hazard fee: $50 for homes with property damage or for unsafe neighborhoods.

Last minute bookings: $50 for bookings made less than one week in advance.

Additional Unit: $150 base price for any additional Building/ADU/Appartment unit

Virtual staging: $30 per image

Additional Video Reels: $75 each

Floor Plans: $125

Twilight: (real) $150 / (Virtual) $75

Reshoot Fee: $150 Applied when a second visit is required due to client‑requested changes, property not being ready, or conditions outside the photographer’s control. No fee if reshoot is needed caused by photographer error. (Ie: missing rooms)
